IMPORTANT: Tel Bill Services is an independent service provider. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or any other telecommunications carrier. Any carrier names referenced on this site are for identification purposes only and remain trademarks of their respective owners.
We are not an authorized dealer, agent, or representative of any mobile carrier. For official carrier services, please visit your carrier’s official website or store directly.

To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of or have authorization to use services in the United States
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and transactions
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

- Provide accurate phone numbers and payment information for transactions
- Ensure sufficient funds are available for payments
- Not use our service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes

- Verify that the mobile number entered is correct before completing a transaction
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
đ Important: Once a top-up is processed to a mobile number, it cannot be reversed. Please double-check all details before confirming your transaction.
đŗ 6. Payments & Fees
All payments on our platform are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree that:
- All transaction amounts are in US Dollars (USD)
- A service fee may apply to certain transactions, disclosed at checkout
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount
- All sales are final once a transaction is confirmed and processed
- We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or card issuer
Transactions are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to carrier or payment processor delays.

Due to the nature of digital telecom services, our refund policy is as follows:
- Successful Top-Ups: Non-refundable once successfully applied to the mobile account.
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails and your account is charged, you will receive a full refund within 3â5 business days.
- Wrong Number Submitted: We are not liable for transactions processed to an incorrect number provided by the user. We encourage you to contact us, and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.
- Duplicate Transactions: If you are charged twice for the same transaction, contact us immediately for resolution.

Tel Bill Services shall not be held liable for:
- Service outages or delays caused by third-party carriers or payment processors
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Actions or policies of telecommunications carriers
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages)
Our maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

You may not use our services to:
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
- Process transactions using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
- Resell our services without written authorization
- Impersonate any individual, company, or carrier
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused our platform.
You may also discontinue use of our services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for any transactions completed prior to termination.
